Gremlin Reports Control

Unlike the Briefing and Log Control panels, Gremlin Reports doesn't have a fixed list of sources — a report's source field is whatever a producer sets, so this list is discovered from what's actually shown up in the reports table (test-tagged rows excluded), plus anything you register manually below ahead of a producer using it. A source here is matched by exact string against a report row's source field — it is not the same namespace as GALDS source ids (e.g. GALDS registers backup singular, reports use backups plural — toggling one does not affect the other). Gremlin Diagnose checks the Briefing Control panel first, GALDS Log Control second, and this panel third — only reached if a row's source has no match in either of the first two. Off by default. Changes apply on Diagnose's next sweep, no redeploy needed.
