Gremlin Mail Filters

Per-sender classify & act — phil@pncharris.com

→ command bus
Mail is only pulled from the inbox when you tap Refresh Mail here, or when the Morning Briefing is generated — there is no background polling. Categorizing a sender applies to every future message from them automatically, and immediately sweeps their existing inbox backlog into the same action. Vital flags the message and leaves it in place. Unsubscribe fires an RFC 8058 one-click request (or a mailto fallback) once per sender, then moves the message to Trash. Delete moves it straight to Trash. Trash retention means all three are recoverable. Ignore takes no action at all — the message stays right where it is in the inbox — but does mark the sender categorized, so a later Clean Mail run will still sort their mail into a folder once you get to it. Important/Normal are shown for completeness but do nothing yet — same placeholder pattern as the planned Morning Briefing modules. Load More Mail works backward through your existing mailbox in batches, classifying as it goes, so you can eventually sort the whole thing — not just new mail. Clean Mail sorts every already-classified sender's inbox mail (vital included) into its own folder under INBOX, named by sender address.
