Gremlin Log Control

Each GALDS source below has three independent controls. Log Level is a floor: entries below it are silently dropped before ever being written to the log at all — the entry never existed as far as GALDS is concerned. Notify is separate and only matters for entries that do get logged: whether that source ever pings ntfy at all (existing per-status routing — which topic, what priority — is unchanged here, this is just the on/off switch). AI Inspect is a second control surface for Gremlin Diagnose (the Briefing Control panel has the first) — a GALDS source and a Gremlin Reports row's source field are not always the same string (e.g. GALDS' backup vs. the briefing/reports backups), so toggling this on here only takes effect for a report row whose source matches this exact source name. Off by default on every source. Changes apply immediately on save, fleet-wide, with no redeploy.
